Legal threats: delete “all references” to Wellstone Filters, Jeremiah Hand and clan, Anthony Cerami
It’s nice to see that while the legislators, regulators and courts utterly failed, my publications apparently are more effective than all the law enforcement together.
Of course I don’t know whether the threat to have “the matter” reported to NC AG Roy Cooper really comes from anyone at Wellstone or the Hands. For all I know, one of the many devastated investors could have submitted the letter and email for additional publicity. The email was apparently sent by Shannon Bartle, the letter contains NO return address and the person who read the entire letter on my voicemail didn’t identify himself and left no number.
As always, I requested that specific defamatory statements be identified by email to Shannon Bartle.

I sure learned a LOT about my rights due to doctor [CENSORED]’s defamation suit and I’m not at all worried about truly defamatory statements by defrauded investors. Not only are they rightfully mad as hell, but I’m not liable for any posts by others at my sites according to the California Supreme Court.
